2. Approval of minutes from the February 7, 2012, meeting.
3. Appeal Case No. 892, filed by Dan Dolan of Dan Dolan Homes, to construct a detached single family residence closer to the side property line than is designated for the Riverbend 6th Addition. The S-3 District approval for this development stipulates that a side yard of 5 feet shall be maintained unless otherwise noted. No further clarification exists.
4. Appeal Case No. 893, filed by John Pershy, to construct a 30x50 foot detached garage at 711 Lake Park Blvd. The garage would exceed the maximum allowed area of 1,440 square feet.
5. Appeal Case No. 894, filed by Luke and Kyndra Noble, to construct a house and garage at 319 Kindler Avenue. The proposed lot division would provide a new lot with 39 feet of frontage – 60 feet is required.
