Roll Call.
Mission Statement.
Minutes: November 9, 2010

Subdivision:
Preliminary/Final Plat for Salvatore’s Subdivision – 1 Lot – 11.925 Acres – Muscatine County.
Salvatore Vitale has submitted a request of a Preliminary/Final Plat for Salvatore’s Subdivision, a one-lot subdivision located in Muscatine County. If approved, this 11.925-acre parcel would continue to be used as a clubhouse in association with the Whispering Pines Golf Course. However, since the golf course and the clubhouse will be held under separate ownership, a subdivision is required. Access to the property will be provided through a common ingress/egress easement. The Planning Commission conducted an on-site viewing of this request on March 2nd. The Commission is requested to review and consider action on the preliminary/final plat for Salvatore’s Subdivision, a subdivision located in Muscatine County.

If approved, the property will be divided between 3 abutting property owners who have agreed to purchase the real estate from the City if the vacation is approved. The Planning Commission conducted an on-site viewing of this request on March 2nd. The Commission is requested to discuss and consider action on the Vacation Plat in Block 42 and a part of Elm Street, as requested.
