MUSCATINE, Iowa – Santa and his elves are taking a quick break from the hustle and bustle of the North Pole, and they need your help to keep the Christmas magic going! Kids and families are invited to step into Santa’s workshop and become honorary elves for a day at this year’s Elves Workshop.
The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department is bringing this joyful holiday tradition back to the Muscatine Mall—just in time for the final countdown to Christmas. Children can make festive crafts, sprinkle in some Christmas cheer, and enjoy a merry good time at this FREE, drop-in event. No pre-registration needed—just bring your holiday spirit!
The Elves Workshop will be open from 12–2 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Muscatine Mall, alongside the Muscatine Area Farmers Market Handcrafted Christmas celebration.
