MUSCATINE, Iowa – Summer kicks off in style on the Muscatine riverfront as Almost Friday Fest® returns for its first event of the season on Thursday, May 22, at Riverside Park.
Running from 5 to 8 p.m., this free, family-friendly event offers live entertainment, local food vendors, and a beer/wine tent — all with the scenic backdrop of the Mississippi River. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and settle in for an evening of community fun.
PLEASE NOTE: To accommodate the event setup, the small parking lot near the playground at the downriver end of Riverside Park will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Thursday.
