MUSCATINE, Iowa – Please be advised that Roscoe Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Hagerman Drive to West 8th Street starting on Monday, April 21, as Langman Construction, Inc., begins underground work as part of Phase 6C of the West Hill Sanitary and Storm Sewer Separation Project.
Local traffic only will be permitted through the construction zone but there may be times that sections of the zone will be closed as work continues, and residents may not be able to access their driveways.
Langman is also continuing to prepare a section of Iowa Avenue from Iowa Field to Fulliam Avenue for paving. That section is now closed to traffic until the section is paved and work on sidewalks and driveways completed.
