MUSCATINE, Iowa – The #2 Alley (between 2nd and 3rd streets) will be closed to all traffic from Walnut Street to Mulberry Avenue on Tuesday, Nov. 11, and Wednesday, Nov. 12, weather permitting, according to the City of Muscatine Department of Public Works. The closure, requested by CDB Utility Contractors to allow for fiber installation, was approved by the Muscatine City Council during its Oct. 21 meeting.
