[ARCHIVED] Fall Greenwood Cemetery Clean-Up completed, décor can be reclaimed

MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department has completed the 2025 Fall Greenwood Cemetery Clean-Up. Items left on graves during the clean-up have been collected, and any recovered décor is available for pick-up at the Greenwood Cemetery Maintenance Shop.

Individuals wishing to reclaim décor removed during the clean-up may contact the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department Office at (563) 263-0241 or the Greenwood Cemetery Office at (563) 263-7051 to make arrangements.

Per Greenwood Cemetery Rules and Regulations, decorations are limited to two per grave space. This includes items such as shepherd staff’s, wreaths, grave blankets, wooden crosses, temporary markers, toys, memorials, attached vases, potted plants, and bouquets.
