MUSCATINE, Iowa - Senior Resources, in collaboration with The Muscatine Senior Center, announces the third annual Aging Adult Resource Fair. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, April 25, at Musserville Church, 1001 Oregon St., Muscatine, which also serves as the site of the Muscatine Senior Center.

"The Aging Adult Resource Fair is a fantastic opportunity for residents to learn about and interact with the valuable resources our community has to offer the active aging adult," Megan Francis, Chief Experience Officer of Senior Resources, said. “We hope everyone will come check us out, meet the vendors, and bring a friend.”

The Aging Adult Resource Fair brings together a wide range of services and resources designed specifically for the aging population in Muscatine County. Over 25 vendors will fill the Muscatine Senior Center with valuable information and connections to support the well-being and enhance the quality of life of our active aging adult population. Follow the Senior Resources and Muscatine Senior Center Facebook pages for vendor announcements.

In addition to visiting vendor booths, attendees can enjoy light refreshments provided by HyVee and participate in Senior Center activities including chair volleyball and Wii bowling. Opened in May 2024, the Muscatine Senior Center is dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults through socialization, wellness, and leisure opportunities.

The Aging Adult Resource Fair is FREE to attend and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring friends and family to explore the offerings and gather valuable information. Those interested in more information can follow the Muscatine Senior Center and Senior Resources Facebook pages or contact Senior Resources.
