MUSCATINE, Iowa – Please be advised that Roscoe Avenue is closed to all traffic at the intersection with Amy Drive. Langman Construction, Inc., has moved into the intersection as part of Phase 6C of the West Hill Sanitary and Storm Sewer Separation Project.
Residents living on Roscoe between Amy Drive and West Fulliam Avenue will have access to their residences from West Fulliam.
Residents living on Roscoe and Hagerman Drive between Amy Drive and West 8th Street will have access to their residences from West 8th.
The City of Muscatine will announce updated closures and detours as Phase 6C continues with work on Roscoe from West Fulliam to Van Horne Street.
