MUSCATINE, Iowa – The intersection of Fulliam and Sycamore will be closed to traffic starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, April 29, as part of Phase 6B of the West Hill Sanitary and Storm Sewer Separation Project. The closure is expected to last through the end of the week.
Phase 6C has started with work at the 11th Street and Iowa Avenue intersections. Iowa will remain open to traffic but access to East 11th Street and West 11th Street from Iowa Avenue will be closed starting Monday, April 29. Traffic for 11th Street will be detoured to 10th Street.
Access to residences on East 11th Street will be from East 10th Street through the alley. Access to residences on West 11th Street will be from West 10th Street by way of Chestnut Street.
All closures and duration of work is weather dependent.
