MUSCATINE, Iowa – Temporary changes have been made to the MuscaBus Yellow Route due to construction activity on West 8th Street.
West 8th Street is currently closed from Lucas to Climer Street due to construction activity for Phase 5 of the West Hill Sanitary and Storm Sewer Separation Project. The Yellow Route bus will detour as follows; continued on Lucas past West 8th, turn left onto Cherry Street, right onto West 5th Street, left onto Locust Street, right onto West 6th Street, and then right onto Iowa Avenue.
The Southbound Blue Route also has a detour route for construction on Grandview Avenue. The Southbound Blue Route will detour as follows; Mississippi Drive, left on Main Street (instead of Grandview Avenue), right on Mills, left on Liberty, left on Warren to Oregon, and back on route.
