MUSCATINE, Iowa – Muscatine is in a fierce battle with Evansdale for the 2019 Peoples All-Star Award presented by the Iowa League of Cities. Projects from both communities have spearheaded them into the Final Two, eliminating 29 other community projects along the way.
Muscatine needs your help, however.
Voting for the championship ends at noon on Thursday, Sept. 26, and our hometown trails Evansdale by almost a 2-1 margin.
