Review and discuss this 3-lot subdivision.

Commissioners are directed to the site located on the east side of University that is currently being developed.

4:30 P.M. - Request to Vacate Access Easement within Lot 4 of Chin Subdivision - off Grandview Avenue - Jeff King / ABC Storage LLC.
Review and discuss the proposed vacation of the access easement located within Lot 4 of this subdivision.

Commissioners are directed to enter ABC Storage at 2301 Grandview Avenue.
