View and discuss this proposed one lot subdivision located at the existing Whispering Pines Clubhouse located at 1963 North Tipton Road in Muscatine County.

4:30 P.M. – ELM STREET ROW AND ALLEY VACATION – 4 PARCELS .272 ACRES – 100 BLOCK OF ELM STREET

View the joint application to vacate a portion of the unimproved Elm Street right-of-way and the platted and unimproved alley in Block 42 of Original Town.

Parking is available on Elm Street and accessible from Hershey Avenue. Map

Commissioners are directed to look for the Elm Street sign just west of Kelly Heating & Cooling.
