Development Plan
Development Plan — Southwest corner of the Fulliam Avenue and Duncan Drive Intersection — DN Development, LLC
DN Development has submitted a development plan to allow for a change of use for the property at 3004 Lucas Street, as is required by Section 10-17A-4 of City Code for any change of use in the S-3 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing a 48-unit residential development consisting of 24 duplexes with attached garages and a clubhouse building.
New Zoning Ordinance
Review of the portion of the proposed new zoning ordinance that deals with the regulation of wireless communication facilities.
The process to rewrite Muscatine’s 40-year-old zoning ordinance and implement the vision contained within the recently adopted Comprehensive Plan has begun. A presentation the proposed wireless communication facilities regulations will be made by City Planner Andrew Fangman. Commission discussion and possible action will follow.
