Right-of-Way Vacation
Right-of-Way Vacation # V-114 - Jimmy Truitt - Charles Street - 2218 New Hampshire Street
Gary Whitacre of Martin & Whitacre Surveyors & Engineers Inc., acting on behalf of Jimmy Truitt has submitted a right-of-way vacation plat that vacates a 1,474 square feet unimproved portion of the Charles Street right-of-way located adjacent 2218 New Hampshire Street. The intent is to accommodate an existing garage that was mistakenly constructed in small portion of the unimproved portion of the Charles Street right-of-way.

Barko Subdivision #S-218-13 - Don Barko - 1 lot - 0.413 Acres - Cook Street
Gary Whitacre of Martin & Whitacre Surveyors & Engineers Inc., acting on behalf of Don Barko has submitted a preliminary/final plat for a 1 subdivision, located on Cook Street was filled. This subdivision represents the readjustment of the boundaries of an existing parcel, transferring approximately 8,154 square feet of land to the parcel located directly north of it.
