AGENDA

Roll Call.
Mission Statement.
Minutes: 7/9/13

Easement Vacation
Easement Vacation #V-113 - Mike Stych Builders - Lots 8 & 9 Cedar Plaza Subdivision - Cedar Plaza Drive. Gary Whitacre of Martin & Whitacre Surveyors & Engineers Inc., acting on behalf of Mike Stych Builders has submitted easement vacation plat that vacates a 10 feet wide utility easement, composed of two adjoining 5-foot utility easements located on Lot 8 and Lot 9 of the Cedar Plaza Subdivision, on Cedar Plaza Drive. The intent is to combine these two parcels, which makes these utility easements unnecessary as the resulting parcel will have all the necessary utility easements located along the perimeter.

Subdivsion
Wolfe’s Second Addition #S-216-13 - Brian M. JR. & Jamie I. Wolfe - 1 lot - 0.643 Acres - 3116 Allen Street. A preliminary/final plat for a 1 lot subdivision, located on Allen Street was filed. If approved this subdivision will transfer approximately 10,700 square feet of land from the parcel located at 3120 Allen Street to the parcel 3116 Allen Street. No new parcels will be created as result of this subdivision, nor is it likely to result in any new construction. An ingress-egress easement is included for the portion of the existing driveway to 3120 Allen Street that extends onto the parcel containing 3116 Allen Street.
