Rezoning
Rezoning Case # Z-134-13 ? Muscatine Power & Water - 3205 Cedar Street - R-3 Single-Family Residential to C-3 Planned Commercial - 42 Acres.
On March 7, 2013 Muscatine Power & Water submitted an application to rezone a 42 acre parcel located at 3205 Cedar Street from R-3 Single-Family Residential to C-3 Planned Commercial.
Comprehensive Plan
City Planner Andrew Fangman will present Commissioners with the status of the Comprehensive Plan Update. A discussion will follow with the opportunity for Commissioners to provide input and suggestions regarding the update effort and adoption timeline.
