Presented for City Council’s consideration is a request to approve a purchase agreement between the City of Muscatine and the Stanley Center for Peace and Security, for the former Musser Public Library. This property was declared surplus on June 7, 2018, and City staff was directed to take necessary steps to dispose of this property. (Andrew Fangman)
