2. Resolution Approving the Contract for the new City Administrator as submitted by the City Attorney
Presented for City Council's consideration is a Resolution approving the contract for the new City Administrator. The City Attorney drafted a contract between the City and Carol Webb, as directed by Council at the July 2, 2020 meeting. The Resolution creating this agreement is presented for Council's approval.

4. Request to Approve the submission of a Request for Application to the Environmental Protection Agency for the Supporting Anaerobic Digestion in Communities Grant
Presented for City Council's consideration is a request to approve the submission of a Request for Application (RFA) to the Environmental Protection Agency for the Supporting Anaerobic Digestion In Communities (SADIC) grant and that Council will authorize a letter of support to be submitted with the grant.
Is there a motion to approve this request as submitted?
