Subdivision
Walker Way Subdivision — Tony Kies — 2 lots — 2.82 Acres — 1866 Highway 38— Unincorporated Muscatine County
Tony Kies has filed a combined Preliminary/Final Plat for Walker Way Subdivision a 2.82 acre two lot subdivision, in unincorporated Muscatine County at 1866 Highway 38. The subject area is zoned R-1 (Residential) within unincorporated Muscatine County. The proposed subdivision would create a new one acre lot (Lot 2) with the purpose of developing a new single family home, the proposed subdivision also increase the size of Lot 1 to 1.82 acres.
New Zoning Ordinance
Review of the portion of the proposed new zoning ordinance that deals with fencing.
The process to rewrite Muscatine’s 40-year-old zoning ordinance and implement the vision contained within the recently adopted Comprehensive Plan has begun. A presentation the proposed fencing regulations will be made by City Planner, Andrew Fangman. Commission discussion and possible action will follow.
