Muscatine 4th and 5th graders are adding a burst of color and creativity to the Stanley Gallery. Participating elementary schools are Franklin, Grant, Jefferson, Madison, McKinley, Mulberry, and Saints Mary & Mathias. Introduce your children to the world of art with free art classes. Each class consists of a story and two art projects!
