The City of Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department is hereby soliciting written proposals from qualified playground equipment manufacturers and/or their designated representative for supplying, delivering, playground equipment installation, complete site preparation work, and safety surfacing installation for three (3) playgrounds located in the City of Muscatine. These written proposals must be submitted in duplicate on the attached forms and will include appropriate plans, drawings, photos and/or renderings, materials specifications, installation instructions and cost information sufficient enough to fully describe all aspects of the play units and all components for each playground site.
