   Guilty until proven innocent. No right to face your accuser (a camera). Unconstitutional. Period. If you, or anyone that happens to be driving your car, are convicted (unconstitutionally) by a CAMERA then YOU are (supposedly) mailed a ticket. If you do not receive and/or respond (to the ticket that was supposedly mailed) with payment in full then your state income tax refund will be withheld and deducted TWICE the original amount of the ticket!! That's right. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! NOTHING! GUILTY! THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! How do we let this stand? Let's do something about it.

   Is there a way trash can be compacted like old cars? Also is there a way trash can be burned and the trash filtered through filters that eliminate bad gases?
