Art Array 2023 Reception presented by the Muscatine County Arts Council at the Muscatine Art Center, Thursday, March 16, 5:15 - 6:30 p.m. Mingle with the artists, congratulate this year’s winners, and meet jurors Jame Hayes and Mary Alice Sessler. The juror’s selections for first, second, and third places will be announced at 5:45 p.m. Admission is free of charge.
