Minutes: Approval of minutes from the April 12, 2022 meeting

Subdivision: 
PZS-25 • Greenhaw Corner • 310 Cleveland St 
NextGen Motors of Muscatine, LLC has filed a combined preliminary/final plat for Greenhaw Corner a one-lot subdivision located at 310 Cleveland St. The subject area is zoned C-1 Neighborhood and General Commercial District. The purpose of the subdivision is to allow for the existing parcel at 310 Cleveland St to be split into two in order to create a new developable lot. 

Utility Easement Vacations: 
PZVE-12 Lots 2 and 3 of the Beau Bien Subdivision  
Shawn and Melissa Schrader have submitted a request to vacate a utility easement composed of two adjoining 10' utility easements located between Lots 2 and 3 of the Beau Bien Subdivision. The intent is to combine these two parcels, which makes these utility easements unnecessary as the resulting parcel will have all the necessary utility easements located along the perimeter.
 

PZVE-13 • 2923 Mulberry Ave 
First Baptist Church has submitted a request to vacate a 10' wide utility easement that runs through the middle of the parcel located at 2923 Mulberry Ave. The intent of this request is to remove an unneeded utility easement.
