Neighborhoods are where our residents come together to live and interact with one another. It is where we build community identity, pride, and connection.

The City of Muscatine is dedicated to promoting positive neighborhood activities and relationships, and has created neighborhood grants to build a sense of community in our Grandview Neighborhoods by providing financial resources to bring neighbors together for a common purpose.
