   Having used the reverse diagonal parking along Linn and later along Mississippi Drive, it's obvious that reversing into a diagonal space is a more efficient and far safer alternative to forward diagonal parking. This should be brought back to Linn Street before the current utility work is completed and expanded along Iowa Avenue from the River to Fourth Street. Convenient. Efficient. Safe. I'd like to see it everywhere diagonal parking is used.

2. Waste to energy projects.

   Let's take all the waste organic material like food out of the waste stream going to the landfill and add it to the City anaerobic digesters to create clean burning renewable fuel.
