Pavement Markings
Each year, it is necessary to refresh the roadway striping and markers throughout the city. Visibility of pavement markings is important to preventing traffic accidents. Painting of street markings are contracted out on a yearly basis. In addition, the City of Muscatine has a small crew that will paint crosswalks and stop bars, as well as parking stalls.
